Admission: adult ages 18–59 £19.50; senior 60+ £17.50; child 5–17 £9.50; under-5s free; family tickets £35 (1 adult and up to 3 children) or £50 (2 adults and up to 3 children). Optional-donation prices are £21.50, £20, £10.50, £40 and £55 respectively. Members free. Student, NHS, Armed Forces and Emergency Services concession £17.50 with valid ID; Universal Credit requires a recent letter or app login. An essential carer accompanying a disabled visitor is free with Carer ID, Access/Compass Card or the front page of PIP/DLA documentation. Blue Peter badge holders aged 5–16 are free with a valid card. National Rail Days Out Guide 2-for-1 entry requires a voucher and valid National Rail, Southern or Thameslink tickets: one adult pays full price and the second enters free. This offer excludes add-on events. Optional pottery clay activity costs an additional £2.50 per person.

A seasonal family trail and festive craft stalls, with activities across the museum site.

Follow the family trail, send a telegram to Santa, collect a yuletide message from the Print Shop and browse festive craft stalls in Humphrey’s Barn, the Learning Space and Hayloft. A separate pottery clay activity is advertised from 2–20 December for an additional £2.50 per person. Trains and buses run on open days. Standard museum admission applies.
