Finding Characters Physically – Thomas Kelly: Workshop

Thomas Kelly leads a physical improv workshop using Lecoq and mime techniques to build character through the body, open to all levels.

A physical theatre workshop led by Thomas Kelly, drawing on Lecoq pedagogy and mime technique to help participants understand what their bodies communicate. The session isolates different parts of the body to build a richer physical vocabulary and explores rhythm, emotion and character-as-mask for stage performance. It is open to all levels of improv experience, and participants should wear clothes they can move in.
