Repair Cafe Llangollen

A free volunteer-run repair cafe where people bring broken items to be fixed while enjoying tea and coffee.

Volunteer repairers attempt to fix broken or damaged items brought in by the public, free of charge, while visitors enjoy tea or coffee and chat with neighbours. Typical repairs include basic bicycle maintenance, electrical appliance repair, computing assistance, sewing, ornament repair and woodworking, though most items are considered except microwaves, which are deemed too dangerous. Repairers will also show visitors how repairs are done, and more volunteer fixers are welcome to come along.
