A two-hour festive cookery demonstration at Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy where Senior Teacher Colette prepares Christmas canapés, ending with a tasting and Prosecco.
Senior Teacher Colette demonstrates how to prepare a selection of festive savoury and sweet canapés from start to finish, sharing tips and techniques throughout the two-hour session. The recipes are specially created for this demonstration and change each year. Afterwards, attendees taste the canapés with a glass of Prosecco.
