About
A free end-of-project celebration marking the 75th anniversary of the Festival of Britain, with exhibitions, a VR game, poetry, 1950s jewellery and live music.
Poplar's Festival of Britain 75th anniversary programme closes with a community celebration at Feldy, Aberfeldy Square. Visitors can explore interactive exhibitions, play a youth-created virtual reality game, read poems, try on 1950s-inspired jewellery and hear live music. The event also invites people to take in stories from 1951 and share their hopes for Poplar's future.
