Creative Writing with Jess Austin

A relaxed creative writing workshop at Left Bank using writing as a reflective wellbeing practice, open to beginners and returning writers.

Jess Austin, a Leeds-based writer and founder of Plot and Purpose, leads a self-contained creative writing session focused on reflection and wellbeing. The evening begins with a grounding exercise, followed by gentle craft teaching and a guided writing prompt, with time to write at your own pace and optional sharing and group reflection. No prior experience is needed; materials are provided and the café and bar stay open throughout.
