LGBTQ+ Zine Making Workshop with Leeds LGBTQ Community Consortium
About
A free one-hour workshop where zinester Rudy Graves teaches how to fold an 8-page mini zine from a single sheet of paper, with all materials provided.
Leeds LGBTQ+ Community Consortium hosts a hands-on zine-making session led by Rudy Graves, a writer and collage artist with a background in cut-and-paste zine making. Participants learn to make an 8-page mini zine from one sheet of paper, with paper, scissors, glue and collage materials supplied, and can bring a zine already in progress if they prefer. The session is aimed at people completely new to zines and runs 7-8pm. It is open to people who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community; researchers and students may not attend in a research capacity.
