Early Days Baby Massage Group – Autumn 2026

A six-week baby massage course for parents with babies up to six months, teaching techniques from the International Association of Infant Massage.

This six-week Early Days Baby Massage course runs at Canolfan Eirianfa Centre on Thursday afternoons, 1.30–2.30pm. Run by Glynwen Lewis, it teaches a baby massage programme from the International Association of Infant Massage, suitable for babies from birth to six months. The sessions aim to help parents strengthen baby-parent communication, understand their baby's development, and socialise with other new parents. Infant massage may encourage deeper sleep, relieve wind, colic and constipation, and support muscle tone and co-ordination.
