Yoga Session

A seasonally themed mindfulness yoga class in the grounds of the David Livingstone Birthplace Museum, overlooking the Blantyre landscape.

This hour-long mindfulness yoga session takes place at the David Livingstone Birthplace Museum, with classes overlooking the Blantyre landscape in the grounds of the David Livingstone Centre. Each class is seasonally themed. Participants are asked to wear something they can move in freely and comfortably, and to bring a yoga mat, a drink of water and, if wanted, a blanket for extra warmth during the relaxation.
