Volunteer at Parkrun

GoodGym Cardiff volunteers help run the free weekly 5k Blackweir parkrun, supporting people to keep active.

GoodGym Cardiff is organising a volunteering task at Blackweir parkrun, the free weekly 5k timed run held every Saturday morning. Volunteers assist with the event's organisation, helping people of all paces keep active; the task runs from 8am to 11am. Participants aged 18 or over can make their own way to the task, and anyone with a local parkrun who cannot attend can still volunteer elsewhere and submit a photo for the report.
