Volunteer at the Sutton Park Parkrun

GoodGym volunteers help stage the Sutton Park parkrun at Boldmere Gate, taking on marshalling, scanning and finish-token duties.

GoodGym members and local helpers join the volunteer team that makes the Sutton Park parkrun happen each Saturday morning. Participants receive a full briefing from the run director before taking on varied roles such as marshalling, scanning, sorting finish tokens or tail-walking, with tasks explained on the spot for newcomers. The session doubles as a way to raise GoodGym's profile among local runners, finishing around 10am. Volunteers can email suttonpark@parkrun.com in advance or simply turn up on the morning.
