30-minute heritage boat trips on Windermere from Windermere Jetty Museum, exploring the lake's history aboard restored boats.
Visitors can hop aboard a restored heritage boat for a 30-minute trip across Windermere, learning about the lake's history, the museum's boats and the people connected to them from the crew. The trips run daily between Saturday 28 March and Sunday 1 November, weather dependent, and can be booked a week in advance online or on the day at the ticket desk. Assistance dogs only; the heritage boat is not accessible to wheelchair users.
