About
A free monthly drop-in textile group for ages 16+ working on knitting, crochet, rag-rug and sewing projects together.
Threads is a social, self-help group working with yarn and fabric using a variety of textile techniques including knitting, crochet, rag-rug and hand sewing. The group meets monthly in The Inventors Lab at Culture House Sunderland to work on individual projects and share skills. Participants can bring their own textile project along, and everyone is welcome to drop in and chat. Sessions run 1pm to 3pm with no booking required.
