Future Classics. Screening the New Italian Cinema #7

A free screening of the animated film ARF by Simona Cornacchia and Anna Russo, part of the Future Classics Italian cinema series at ICI London.

The seventh screening in the Future Classics series, presented by ICI London and CinemaItaliaUK, is ARF, an animation directed by Simona Cornacchia and Anna Russo and produced by Genoma Films. Set during World War II, it follows an abandoned baby raised by a heroic white dog among his four-legged companions, who is later taken to a prison camp where his innocence upends the rules — even when the Führer arrives. The film screens in Italian with English subtitles and will be introduced by Simona Cornacchia.
