As part of the 11th Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World, the Istituto Italiano di Cultura in London hosts a conversation between chefs Theo Randall and Francesco Mazzei, moderated by Gail Anderson, on the Pranzo della domenica — the Italian Sunday lunch as a domestic ritual and shared cultural heritage. The discussion follows UNESCO's 2025 recognition of Italian cuisine as intangible cultural heritage. On the occasion, Theo Randall will present his latest book The Italian Table (Quadrille Publishing), a collection of recipes celebrating Italian food.
