About
An animal-handling event where visitors can see and hold nocturnal creatures like owls, spiders and snakes at the Mercury Shopping Centre.
Exotic Explorers bring a selection of misunderstood nocturnal animals to level 2 of The Mercury Shopping Centre for Halloween. Visitors can drop in to see the creatures, or book a 15-minute slot to handle three animals under the team's guidance for £10, or pay £5 on the day to handle one. The event runs for four hours and includes a Halloween photo opportunity for those in fancy dress; animal handling is subject to age, ability and welfare considerations.
