Chef Teddy Lee hosts an evening at Maki & Ramen's Aberdeen Union Square branch to mark the launch of The Maki & Ramen Cook Book. The two-hour dinner features a five-course set menu with a halal meat and a vegan/vegetarian option, plus a complimentary welcome drink of Prosecco or Nosecco. Guests can try exclusive dishes and buy a copy of the cookbook on the night to have it signed by Teddy Lee. The event is all ages, with doors at 6:25pm.
