Climate & Adaptation Course
About
A ten-module course explores community-based responses to climate and biodiversity challenges through ecology, culture, science, practical skills and local knowledge.
The Experimental School course links in-person lectures, field trips, practical workshops and discussion circles with student capstone projects. It runs for ten modules on selected Saturdays from 6 June to 7 November 2026, 10am–5:30pm. The page says the course takes place primarily at Bethnal Green Nature Reserve, with the 3 October community-project module at multiple offsite East London locations within one mile. It is designed for adults aged 18+ and applicants are shortlisted for 15 places. Registration closed on 20 April 2026, so current cohort participation is published but new availability is not.
