An Evening with Surgeons' Hall
About
An adults-only after-hours evening at Surgeons' Hall Museum with live music, mini talks, tours and hands-on activities exploring surgery and medical history.
For one night the Museum and Library of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh opens after hours for an 18+ evening exploring surgery, medicine and medical history. Singer-songwriter Hannah Rose Platt performs songs from her album Fragile Creatures throughout the evening, while visitors can explore the pathology galleries and Library, try a surgical robot, and meet specialists. The programme also includes mini talks and special mini walking tours led by the Blood and Guts guides, with a cash bar available.
