The 2026 Surgeons' Hall Library Lecture is presented by journalist and broadcaster Martin Geissler, who has reported for Sky News, ITN and the BBC over 35 years. He will discuss how the news industry works, how editorial decisions are made and the challenges of reporting from difficult places.
