Immersive Yoga

A welcoming yoga practice in the museum’s Central Hall, accompanied by a 270-degree projection of colour, film and sound. Each session explores a different thread across philosophy, spirituality and movement.

The series is led by instructor Kai and welcomes all experience levels, with modifications and progressions. Bring a yoga mat, optional props and water. The published series runs Tuesdays from 13 October to 10 November 2026; only four sessions fall in the collection window.
