Yoga instructor and artist Polly Anna Steiner leads a yoga flow responding to the seasonal changes and themes of the Witches and Healers exhibition. The session opens with guided meditation for grounding, moves through gentle awakening movements, then into dynamic breath-led flowing sequences repeated as a moving meditation. It closes with guided relaxation; mats, blocks and blankets are supplied.
