La Fromagerie marks Beaujolais Nouveau Day, traditionally the third Thursday in November, with a cheese and wine evening at its Highbury shop. Hosted by Vasillus and his team, the night includes a glass of Crémant d'Alsace with Comté Sables, warm Saint Marcellin, a tutored tasting of autumnal cheeses paired with Beaujolais Nouveau-Village Nouveau, and warm apple tarte fines with Calvados cream. The event runs from 7pm to 9pm.
