About
An advanced recorder class for young players learning upper notes and treble recorder at Redbridge Music Service.
This class is for pupils who can already play at least an octave on the descant recorder, typically Year 3 and above. Sessions cover the upper notes of the recorder (over the break) and introduce the treble recorder, while building on music-reading skills. Pupils often choose to take RMS Stage Exams, and advanced members can progress to the auditioned Recorder Consort ensemble.
