A family Halloween trail through Dynamic Earth's galleries exploring the science behind mythical creatures, ending with a potion-making experiment.
The Monsters & Myths Trail returns to Dynamic Earth's interactive galleries this October with new spooky stories and science. Visitors use a Mythical Map to find hidden legends such as dragons, kelpies and werewolves, collecting stamps and taking part in interactive activities along the way. The final stop is Core Café, where children can mix their own Dragon's Magical Potion and watch it change colour, with a take-away jelly pot available for continuing the experiment at home. All potion ingredients are vegan.
