Visitors can explore the sights, smells and textures of Christmas and make colourful decorations in drop-in crafts, with no booking needed. Meeting Father Christmas in his museum grotto requires an advance timeslot booking, with limited slots to avoid queuing and keep the atmosphere relaxed; all activities are free.
