Advanced Meisner
About
A six-week advanced Meisner technique acting course at RADA with classes in voice, movement and scene study.
This six-week advanced course immerses actors in the Meisner technique, using repetition exercises, improvisation and scene work to build truthful connection and responsive listening on stage. Supporting classes in voice, movement and scene study underpin the Meisner practice, and participants develop rehearsal technique and professional practice. Sessions run Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm, though Wednesday sessions in weeks 1–4 take place 6pm–9pm. Entry is by application and selection, requiring professional credits, prior acting training or completion of RADA's Intermediate Meisner course.
