Festive Paper Folding

A festive origami workshop with artist Kate Colin, making 3D paper decorations and a string of origami Christmas lights.

Artist Kate Colin leads a one-day festive paper folding workshop inspired by the Berwick's Own Burrell Collection exhibition at the Granary Gallery. Participants learn origami techniques to create three-dimensional hanging and free-standing decorations, plus a string of origami Christmas lights to take home. All paper, tools, LED lights and batteries are provided, along with hot drinks and a sandwich lunch. Suitable for all ages, with children under 12 needing an accompanying adult who is also taking the class.
