About
A full-day class with Sally takes students through baking and decorating a chocolate cake, including buttercream, tempering and chocolate decorations. It welcomes anyone aged 16 or over who loves chocolate.
Each student makes and decorates a cake to take home, practising sponge baking, chocolate buttercream, levelling and coating, introductory chocolate tempering and cake truffles or pops. The day includes a 45-minute lunch break; students should bring lunch.
