About

A practical one-hour workshop for adults on recognising ADHD burnout and building boundaries, recovery and more sustainable living.

Preventing Burnout is the final workshop in the Living Well with ADHD four-week adult ADHD life skills series, led by neurodivergent-specialist psychotherapist Jennie Canty. The session explores how ADHD burnout develops and differs from ordinary tiredness, covering masking, overcompensating, the boom-and-bust cycle and recognising early warning signs. Attendees reflect on what drains and restores their energy and create a simple plan for reducing personal burnout risk. It is a neurodivergent-friendly educational workshop for adults aged 18+, with no diagnosis required and no pressure to speak or share.
