The Passion Rehearsal

Rehearsal sessions at St Elvan's for the Passion play being staged in Aberdare during Passiontide, leading up to free public performances in March.

St Elvan's hosts a series of rehearsals for The Passion, a large-scale Passiontide production involving the church and other local venues. Sessions are scheduled across early and mid March 2027, with the first on Tuesday March 2nd at a time to be confirmed, followed by afternoon and morning rehearsals on March 9th, 12th and 13th. The rehearsals prepare for free schools and public performances later in the month, alongside a dress rehearsal and related Passiontide events.
