About
Free Sunday art and craft workshops at William Morris Gallery offering a calm, supported creative space for people using social prescribing, talking therapies or community mental health support.
Run by art therapists, Flow State Sessions are designed for people with low to moderate mental health needs and for people feeling isolated, stressed or overwhelmed because of an ongoing health condition or caring role. The published sessions are held in the Gallery Learning Studio on Sundays from 2pm to 4.30pm and require registration or waitlist access through NHS Social Prescribing and Talking Therapies or community mental health support groups.
