About
Adults in Tower Hamlets experiencing mental health difficulties meet for relaxed creative activities and conversation.
The weekly all-ability group explores activities such as writing, beading, pottery and mosaics. No previous skill is needed. Participants are also asked to register with Mind in Tower Hamlets, Redbridge and Newham. NHS Talking Therapies sometimes joins the group; its unanchored eight-week visits are not scheduled separately. Check that the session is running before travelling.
