Smoke fired pottery decorating workshop with Bensham Grove

Decorate two small pots, watch them being smoke-fired, then finish the surface with beeswax.

Try an ancient pottery-decoration method: paint or scratch patterns into slip on two pre-made pots, watch them being smoke-fired outside, then clean and finish them with beeswax. Each participating adult and child needs a ticket. All ages are welcome with adult supervision; wear closed-toe shoes. Meet in the Forest Yard beside the visitor toilets in Market Place.
