Hastings, a new dragon sculpture, has arrived at Lincoln Castle to celebrate Lincoln's remarkable Norman history.
The dragon sits against the dramatic backdrop of Lucy Tower, on the site of William's original Norman motte and bailey castle. Its arrival is part of a wider programme exploring the Norman Conquest and its legacy. Visitors can view the dragon and discover how the events of 1066 helped shape the Lincoln we know today.
