Back in Beck – River Restoration Project

Volunteers restore the River Beck in High Broom Wood through practical riverbank and habitat work.

This seven-session winter project tackles erosion and sediment in the River Beck. Activities include dead hedging, bank protection, in-channel deflectors and removal of invasive vegetation. Advance booking is requested; the organiser says final joining instructions may change and will be emailed before each session.
