About
PCK Dance's English premiere of The Panic Room, a psychological thriller blending dance and drama about a writer unravelling.
PCK Dance, company in residence at Eden Court Theatre, brings the English premiere of The Panic Room to the Octagon Centre. The work follows a writer nearing the end of his latest novel who spirals into a surreal encounter with three figures who refuse to leave, each playing a part in the unravelling of truth. Scenes replay, overlap and distort in a hybrid of dance and drama, with driving choreography and fractured dialogue. The show forms part of the Enable US programme of drama, dance and circus.
