Easy Does It's first community sound bath is an evening of slowing down and unwinding, open to complete beginners and experienced participants alike. Co-founder Jael, a qualified sound healing practitioner, guides a 60-minute sound journey combining meditation, crystal bowls and soothing percussion. Blankets, bolsters and eye pillows are provided, and the session is framed as a pressure-free, welcoming wellbeing gathering.
