Sound & Spa with Olivia Hempstead

An evening combining spa access and a crystal bowl and gong sound healing session led by Olivia Hempstead at The Alfriston.

This restorative evening begins at 5:30pm with use of the outdoor heated pool, steam room and sauna, with robes, towels and flip-flops provided. After refreshments and a change into comfortable clothing, guests settle on cushioned spa loungers for a sound session from 7:30pm featuring crystal alchemy bowls, gongs and other healing instruments. Olivia Hempstead, who has over a decade of experience in sound healing, yoga, meditation and breathwork, leads a session suitable for all with no prior experience required. Guests are welcome to continue their evening with a table in the 1554 Brasserie afterwards.
