Family Martial Arts Classes

A one-hour family martial arts class in Exeter where kids and parents train together in self-defence, striking and grappling.

Southwest Combat Academy runs a family martial arts session at St Matts Church Hall in Exeter, aimed at children and their parents training together. The one-hour class combines self-defence, boxing and kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and wrestling, with an emphasis on building confidence, discipline and respect. It is open to all ages and framed as a shared activity for the whole family.
