Rookhow Easter Gathering 2027

An all-age residential Quaker Easter gathering at Rookhow over the Easter weekend, with worship, discussions, campfires, walks and shared meals.

Quakers from scattered communities have gathered at Rookhow for nearly 300 years, and this annual all-age Easter Gathering continues that tradition as a three-night residential weekend. It begins with a Good Friday Meeting for Worship at 11am, which is open to everyone, and continues with reflections, discussions, campfires and games in the woods, walks together, Epilogues and shared meals, finishing on Monday after lunch. Around 30 people can stay on site in a bunkbarn, on the Meeting House floor, in a yurt or camping, with children and young people welcome under parental responsibility.
