Neurodivergent Women's Peer Group

A facilitated peer support group where neurodivergent women can chat and connect in a safe, judgement-free space.

This session offers a relaxed space for neurodivergent women to come together, chat and access peer support, with no set activity or agenda. It is facilitated by a female neurodivergent psychotherapist specialising in women's wellbeing and neuro-affirming education, though the organisers stress it is not counselling or therapy. Refreshments are provided, with donations welcome, and girls aged 16–18 may attend if accompanied by a parent, carer or guardian.
