A family trail through Cragside’s Formal Garden follows a quest to gather supplies for William Armstrong’s kit bag. It is available 10:00–16:00 on the published dates from 28 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, excluding 24–26 December when Cragside is closed. The activity has no additional charge, but normal property admission applies; National Trust members are free. The meeting point is Cragside’s Formal Garden.
