About

A free public talk and workshop by Dr Zoe Billings on the biology of stress and how to manage its physical effects, open to all with booking.

Dr Zoe Billings leads a session on biological wellbeing, examining how stress manifests physically in the body's systems and how to manage those effects using science. The approach focuses on physical rather than mental health, drawing on work delivered to police forces, the Home Office, the NHS and audiences internationally. Attendees will take part in part of the workshop, learning practical ways to look after themselves, their families and colleagues.
