About
Author Kester Brewin leads a humorous, participatory evening exploring what AI means for the future of work, part of Bristol's Brazen festival.
AI West hosts an in-person evening with author and Institute for the Future of Work Associate Director Kester Brewin examining how artificial intelligence is reshaping jobs and working lives. Drawing on his book GODLIKE: A 500-Year History of Artificial Intelligence in Myths, Machines, Monsters, he traces humanity's long relationship with intelligent machines and what history suggests about today's changes. The session is aimed at students, graduates, jobseekers and the curious, with audience participation encouraged and no technical knowledge required. Doors open at 18:30 for networking ahead of the 19:45 start.
