Cacao & Yin Yoga Ceremony: The Hunter’s Full Moon Experience

The event is a holistic experience designed to help participants slow down and set intentions before the winter months. The program includes a ceremonial cacao, a short grounding meditation, and yin yoga to soften and stretch. Participants will also engage in a full moon reflection and journaling session, followed by shamanic drumming to deepen relaxation. The session concludes with comforting herbal tea and a photo of a tarot card.
