Make Your Own Gin Southwold

A guided Copper House visit and mini-still session lets participants choose botanicals, make and name a gin recipe, and take home a 70cl bottle.

Participants begin with a short guided look around the Copper House Distillery, then work at their own mini-still with an expert guide. They choose from more than 20 botanicals, create and name a recipe, and taste Adnams gin, vodka and whisky while their gin distils. Each participant takes home a 70cl bottle and a Southwold store discount voucher. Sessions depart from the Adnams Tours Centre in the Swan Courtyard, Market Place, Southwold IP18 6EG. The experience is for ages 18 and over, requires at least two guests and involves steep stairs in the distillery; it is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility. The session includes a distillery visit and guided gin-making experience.
