The Christmas Cabin

Meet Father Christmas and the elves in a private Christmas Cabin visit, with a North Pole letter-writing room and a gift for each paying child.

Families visit the Grotto to share Christmas wishes with Father Christmas, write a letter in the North Pole Post Room and take a photograph. A gift is provided for each paying child. Visits are booked for a 15-minute arrival window; this is an arrival window, not a stated visit duration. Published availability is Friday 15:00–19:00, Saturday 10:30–19:00 and Sunday 10:30–17:00. Every booking must include at least one paying child. A child under 12 months may accompany an older paying sibling free of charge but receives no gift; an infant visiting without an older sibling is a paying child and must be booked at the standard £15 one-child price.
