A charity fundraising dinner at The Grange featuring a five-course Michelin-starred tasting menu by chef Nick Edgar, with optional wine pairings.
Chef Nick Edgar, former Head Chef at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, cooks a five-course tasting menu (plus canapés and a bread course) at The Grange in aid of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. The menu focuses on seasonal, fresh produce and can be paired with wines curated by wine expert Cindy Marie Harvey of Love Wine Food. The evening is limited to 25 guests, runs from 7:15pm arrival until around 10:30pm, and all profits support the charity's work training hearing dogs for deaf people.
