About
A two-hour behind-the-scenes tour of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People's Southern Training Centre, with a demonstration and the chance to meet hearing dogs.
This guided tour of The Grange, the charity's Southern Training Centre, shows visitors how, where and why puppies are trained to become hearing dogs. Groups of around 25 people see behind the scenes, watch a demonstration of what the dogs do, meet some hearing dogs and hear from deaf partners about how their lives have been changed. The tour involves walking around the site and some steps, and pet dogs cannot be admitted.
